The world's thinnest glass sensor achieves a total thickness of only 0.06 mm

The world's thinnest glass sensor, only 0.03 mm in thickness, made it possible to manufacture the "aimic touch" panels. In addition to the thinness, the sensor is also flexible, facilitating bonding with cover glass, which, in turn, strengthens the product itself. The flexibility, along with the possibility of using thin frames characteristic to glass sensor, permits a great variety of product design. The total thickness of the touch panel, including the cover glass, is as low as 0.06 mm, making it ideal for use in mobile phones that require thinness and lightweight.
