The substrate consists from the 4 layers. Metalized glass substrate materials with ITO layer and very low resistance Metal layer are both etched and patterned beneath the Bank and Cathode Separator layers in very fine pitch. The patterns of Bank layer and Cathode Separator layer made of the organic materials are formed on top of the metal layers with state of the art technology developed by the Company.

Besides the supply of Cathode Separator Substrate, metal layer etching only of various materials is also available.
