The PDP back board which carried out the direct blast of the glass substrate is proposed.
The PDP back board manufacture technology in which carried out the direct sandblast of the flow glass substrate of a direct sandblast, and the barrier rib was prepared was developed.
The schedule which will propose to a PDP maker from now on, and ships A4 size board as a sample.

Being based on an opinion and evaluation of a PDP maker from now on, in the idea which solves subjects, such as correspondence to optimization of blast conditions, large-sized board correspondence, the detailed-ized possibility, and a closed cell, and development of a back process (the address Ãd»É forming method, the white reflective layer forming method), if it is the shortest, formal adoption may be carried out also in 03. It is examining not only a rib but supplying address Ãd»É and a back board with a white reflective layer in that case. Incidentally, the company does not hold a sandblast machine but is making the sample as an experiment now using a sandblast machine maker's demonstration machine. For this reason, 300x400 to 370x470mm correspondence equipment is introduced into a thick woodwork place (Atsugi-shi, Kanagawa) during the current fiscal year. When it industrializes as a PDP back board, it is planned to carry out additional introduction of the large-sized board correspondence equipment more than 40 type classes. |
