Each type of glass processing is done in our facilities within Japan for consistency for all the product we make. Every product is made per your specifications to provide the highest quality product for the lowest cost in the shortest time possible.

1Anti-glare Effect Processing (Anti-glare/Anti-reflective/Anti-fouling)

―Making the Screen Easier to See―

We produce anti-glare glass through our AG processing, which is a uniform surface treatment that leaves less unevenness due to chemical etching. In addition, the anti-reflective coating increases transparency and reduces reflectivity, while anti-fouling processing produced an outstanding anti-fouling effect because of its treatment with hydrofluoric acid. Performing these simultaneously gives glass a high anti-glare effect.

2Chemical Polishing (Glass Etching)

ー Making Glass Thinner and Stronger ー

At our massive hydrofluoric acid treatment facility, our glass etching techniques allow us to make glass thinner and stronger. Our thinnest glass substrates measure at 0.1 - 0.2mm, the maximum size we can handle is 730mm x 920mm, and our specially-processed substrates are 1200mm.
We can make laminated thin glass board especially strong through our processing. Even if the glass breaks, it will be very unlikely to shatter.

3Thermal Bending

ー Thermal Bending without Warping ー

Due to our unique techniques, we can thermally-bend glass up to 600mm in thickness to precise specifications. Our company can also strengthen this glass, make it anti-glare and anti-reflective, and apply decorations to it in a consistent process.

4Decoration Processing

ー Coloring the Surface of Glass ー

We apply a highly durable decoration to glass through silk printing. The largest decoration print we apply measures at 1100mm x 200mm and will be color vibrancy to meet your specifications. The maximum size color decoration printed on curved glass is 600mm.

5Thin Hollow Film and Photofabrication Processing

ー For Use with Electrical Parts ー

This technology is applicable to glass touch panels. Thin hollow films are formed by selecting indium tin oxide (ITO), Al, Mo, Cu, Cr, and other elements based on the wiring pattern. Photofabrication is the formation of precise wiring patterns by photo etching.

6Numeric Controlled Processing and Chemically-strengthened Glass Treatment

ー Our Various Processes for Specially Treating Glass ー

We can answer our customers' specific requests when it comes to irregular shaped, perforated, and chamfered glass. We can process the glass up to 1100mm in length and apply lamination or strengthening treatment for a highly-durable glass product.
